
Policies
A 50% deposit is required for services totaling one hour or more, and on all appointments for clients with three or more ‘no-shows.’ We reserve the right to cancel scheduled appointments if no deposit is received. Deposits will be fully refunded if appointments are cancelled as late as 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
Please note we have a five-minute late policy. If you are five or more minutes late to your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate you and get you in as soon as possible. You may have to wait until the next appointment time.
Failure to cancel or attend an appointment will lead to a ‘no-show.’ This will result in the removal of any loyalty points and the loss of the 50% deposit (if applicable).
All clients are enrolled in our loyalty point program! Earn points for each dollar you spend, get extra for pre-booking appointments and referring friends. Loyalty points never expire and can be applied to services and retail. Ask us about your loyalty points at your next visit!
